Jide Afolabi
Jide Afolabi received his Bachelor of Arts in Law and Political Science from Carleton University in 1995, and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998.

After completing his articles of legal clerkship at Blake, Cassels & Graydon in Toronto, he was called to the Ontario bar in 2000. Jide received a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics in 2003.

Jide has over two decades of experience in probate law, the law of wills, corporate law, indigenous law, as well as international trade law.

He has built a law firm deeply committed to providing impeccable legal services.

Farooq Rafiq
Farooq Rafiq holds an impressive academic portfolio, including a Diploma in Personnel Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, and a Master's Degree in Political Science. He earned his Law Degree from S.M. Law College, University of Karachi, and was called to the Sindh Bar Council in August 1991.

Expanding his legal qualifications internationally, Farooq completed a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada after attending the University of Western Ontario. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in January 2020 and subsequently established a thriving legal practice.

In addition to his legal career, Farooq is deeply committed to community service. He plays an active role in a charitable organization.

Currently, Farooq serves as Special Counsel to the firm, bringing his extensive legal expertise and dedication to service to the forefront of its operations.
